Good news for any out-of-towners visiting this holiday season: You're likely to to have a very satisfactory Airbnb stay in Tucson.
Or at least, that's according to a recent Airbnb study that ranked Tucson as having the seventh highest hospitality rate when compared to other college towns across the U.S.
For the study, Airbnb looked at the rating of their hosts on their website in all the college and university-adjacent cities across the United States.
While Tucson didn't take home the No. 1 spot — that went to Norman, Oklahoma, which had a 74 percent hospitality rate — it was close behind with a rating of 71 percent.
The study found that cities that had schools with well-respected sports teams and high public profile were a big indicator on whether or not Airbnb guests would be satisfied with their stay.
