A Tucson man being retried on first-degree murder charges has been found guilty of killing a Phoenix couple in 2002.
Brian Ferry, 47, was convicted by the second jury to hear his case for from Ferry and were never heard from again.
Unknown to the victims, the high-end motorcycle Ferry advertised in a Phoenix newspaper didn't actually exist, prosecutors said.
The case went unsolved for more than a decade until , about 13 years after the couple went missing.聽

Ferry's first trial resulted in a hung jury. The second jury reached its decision earlier this week, and Ferry is due to be sentenced on July 23, said an announcement on the Pima County Attorney's Facebook page.
Ferry already has a criminal history. He was imprisoned in 2004 on a 3陆-year sentence for auto theft and fraud convictions, according to Arizona Department of Corrections records.
