Sahuarita will be getting a dine-in movie theater.
CJR Investments and an affiliate of bought the former Desert Sky 6 Cinema at 70 W. Duval Mine Road for $850,000.
The former Desert Sky 6 Cinema is expected to reopen next summer with many Roadhouse Cinema features, like recliners, a bar, Keg Root Beer and house-made gelato.
Roadhouse plans an extensive remodel of the theater for its recliners with push-button, seat-side service.
The venue will also have a bar with local craft beers and offer the popular Roadhouse gourmet popcorn, Keg Root Beer and house-made gelato.

The former Desert Sky 6 Cinema at 70 W. Duval Mine Road in Sahuarita will reopen next year as a Roadhouse Cinemas dine-in theater.
The 18,166-square-foot theater is expected to open next summer in the Valley Verde Center.

• SAMMM LLC, which operates , leased 1,646 square feet at 3225 N. Swan Road from Camp Lowell 1 LLC. Andreas Castillo and Jeramy Price, of Volk Co., represented the tenant, and Dave Dutson, with NAI Horizon, represented the landlord.
• leased 1,200 square feet of retail space, at Sahuarita Palms Plaza, 1325 W. Duval Mine Road, from AJ Safeway Park LLC. Dave Hammack, Aaron LaPrise and Sam Ramirez, with Picor, represented the landlord. Tom Wolf, with West USA Realty Inc., represented the tenant.
