It's the first Tuesday of November, which can only mean one thing: Election Day.
No statewide races are up for a vote Tuesday, but the general election has four citywide races as well as issues at three area school districts on the ballot.

It is an all-mail election. Ballots were mailed to voters on Oct. 8.
Thirteen vote centers will be open Tuesday for ballot drop-off or so voters can receive replacement ballots. All will be open Tuesday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. They include:

• The Pima County Recorder's Office's main office, at 240 N. Stone Ave. ( The drive-up drop box will be in the utility driveway between 240 N. Stone Ave. and 200 N. Stone Ave., while the walk-up drop box will be in the courtyard facing the Recorder's Office.);
• Recorder's Office's east side office, 6920 E. Broadway, will have a drop box. It is in front of the Pima county Health Department office, the Recorder's Office says.
