The Book Stop, open in Tucson since 1967, is one of the city's oldest independent booksellers. It will close Dec. 31.
The Book Stop opened on Campbell Avenue in 1967 and in 2007 moved to its current location at 214 N. Fourth Ave. It carries used, rare and out-of-print scholarly books.

• Vista Service Station Maintenance and Construction Inc. leased 1,200 square feet of industrial space at South Dodge Business Center, 3210 S. Dodge Blvd., from Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC. Paul Hooker and Andrew Keim, with Picor, represented the landlord.
• LLC leased 1,050 square feet at 8051 E. Lakeside Parkway from LAKESIDE BP LLC. Molly Mary Gilbert, with Picor, represented the landlord.
