A local restaurant that features poke, pita and hot rice bowls along with salads is expanding its footprint.
leased 1,500 square feet at 6540 E. Tanque Verde Road, in the La Plaza Shoppes, where Savaya coffee was formerly located.
Isaac Figueroa and Frank Arrotta, with Larsen Baker, handled the lease.

Jimmy’s Pita & Poke has leased space for a new location near East Tanque Verde Road and North Pima Street.
Jimmy’s menu features bowls with ingredients such as tuna, crab, shrimp and octopus.
The restaurant first opened in Tucson in 2017 and has two locations: 3820 W. River Road; and 845 E. University Blvd.

Jimmy’s Pita & Poke is set to open a third location in metro Tucson.
An opening date for the new location has not yet been announced.
