A location for New York-based is currently under construction at 3105 N. Campbell Ave. Another location is at 5545 E. Broadway, near Williams Centre, is scheduled to open in 2026. The northwest side location will be located at a, 633 W. Ina Road.

The casual eatery features hamburgers, sandwiches and a variety of milkshakes and drinks.

• CBRE’s David Montijo represented the landlord, Tucson Broadway Office Plaza LLC, in a lease of 1,893 square feet to at 6245 E. Broadway. Eden Hospice was self-represented.

• PWR Play LLC dba , leased 1,120 square feet in The Plaza at Williams Centre, 5350 E. Broadway, for the repair, sales and storage of consumer electronics. The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker Isaac Figueroa and Chantel Gutierrez-Davis, with Rise 24 Real Estate, represented the tenant.
