Brenna Lacey, with Volk Co., recently handled two sales at Tucson Marketplace at the Bridges, the 110-acre center with anchors such as Costco and Walmart and a wide variety of food, entertainment, medical, hospitality and residential offerings.
She previously represented Tucson Retail LLC in its ground lease to Bass Pro, then represented Tucson Retail LLC as seller in the $10.1 million investment sale of its ground lease to TMY BPS Tucson LLC.
Construction is underway for Bass Pro Outdoor World, often referred to as “The Walt Disney of the Outdoors,” with an anticipated opening date of 2026.

Lacey said retail reports show Tucson Marketplace gets about 1 million visitors per month.

My Doctor Now leased 1,329 square feet at Cañada Hills Shopping Center, 10420 N. La Cañada Drive. Jesse Peron, with CBRE, represented the landlord, Don. L. Carlton Family QTIP Trust. Troy Giammarco, with Horizon Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
Montesa Skyicom LLC, doing business as Zenith Health and Wellness, leased 540 square feet of retail space at Montesa Plaza, 50 S. Houghton Road, to sell alternative health and wellness products. The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker Isaac Figueroa.
