Photos: Hurricane Harvey brings historic flooding to Texas
Hurricane Harvey came ashore in Texas as a Category 4 storm on Aug. 25, 2017. It was downgraded to a tropical storm, but has parked itself over the Houston area and dumped record amounts of rainfall resulting in historic flooding.
