The Cleveland Cavaliers' Thursday put Channing Frye in his former Arizona teammate Luke Walton on the Los Angeles Lakers.
Walton was two years ahead of Frye at the UA (three out of high school, but Walton redshirted with a foot injury as a freshman in 1998-99), and they played together at Arizona in 2001-02 and 2002-03. Walton was a captain both of those seasons.
