Arizona revealed the new-look basketball floor at McKale Center on Tuesday.
The U of A showed off the redesigned court — featuring the iconic “cactus sunset†logo — in a series of photos and videos.

The athletic department held a contest in May for fans to vote on a new court design. The option featuring a green saguaro, blue mountains and a red setting sun was the winner. That landscape sits below the midcourt Block A.
The new floor also features a darker shade of wood inside each 3-point arc and the Lute & Bobbi Olson Court insignia on either side of the cactus sunset image. The UA women’s basketball team will play its first exhibition game at McKale on Oct. 23 and its first regular-season home game on Nov. 6.

The men’s team has yet to release its full non-conference schedule. The only listed home game as of now is Dec. 6 vs. Auburn. The Red-Blue Showcase is scheduled for Oct. 3.
