Transgender federal employees say they face fear and discrimination under Trump
Since returning to office, the Trump administration has rolled back protections for transgender Americans, including reinstating a military ban and issuing executive orders targeting LGBTQ rights. Transgender and gender nonconforming federal employees interviewed by the Associated Press described increased fear, frustration, and lack of support in their workplaces.
