Arizona football added a new position to its front-office staff on Saturday.Â
The Wildcats hired recruiting operations coordinator Andrew Morgan on Saturday. Morgan's position is a new role at the UA. Arizona's latest hire was first reported by ESPN's Pete Thamel.Â
Morgan will help oversee Arizona's day-to-day recruiting, but isn't replacing general manager Gaizka Crowley, who accepted a similar role at Arkansas on Thursday.Â
Other members of Arizona's recruiting department include director of scouting Fletcher Kelly, director of recruiting operations and player family relationships Katie Joiner, recruiting coordinator Kamalii Akina and recruiting operations Matt Koet.Â
The 21-year-old Morgan is an Arizona graduate was a recruiting assistant under former head coach Jedd Fisch and current boss Brent Brennan, before becoming the assistant director of football recruiting at Idaho. The Vandals recently signed the second-best recruiting class in the Big Sky — the highest-rated class in program history, according to .
