Arizona senior wide receiver Luke Wysong was named to the Biletnikoff Award preseason watch list on Wednesday.
The Biletnikoff Award is college football’s annual award given to the top wide receiver. Former Wildcat Tetairoa McMillan was a Biletnikoff Award finalist last season.
Wysong is the only Wildcat to earn preseason Biletnikoff Award honors. He’s also one of 10 receivers from the Big 12 to earn a spot on the 47-player watch list.
The 5-10, 186-pound Wysong is entering his final college football season after playing the last four seasons at New Mexico. Wysong finished his New Mexico career with 134 catches for 1,465 yards and three touchdowns. He was a Second-Team All-Mountain West selection in 2024. In 745 offensive snaps at New Mexico last season, Wysong lined up as a slot receiver for 384 of them, according to Pro Football Focus.
