Arizona ace Devyn Netz has been named the Big 12 Conference Pitcher of the Week for the second time this season.
A fifth-year senior, Netz helped the Wildcats go 3-1 against New Mexico State and San Diego State.

Arizona’s Devyn Netz gets some relief work against Michigan State in the sixth inning on Feb. 6, 2025, at Hillenbrand Stadium.
Netz pitched 12⅔ scoreless innings across three outings, scattering five hits and striking out nine without yielding a walk. She threw a complete game on SDSU on April 25 — and hit a solo homer to provide the only run in a 1-0 UA victory.
Netz leads the Big 12 and ranks seventh nationally in walks allowed per seven innings (1.00). She ranks second in the conference in strikeout-to-walk ratio (5.44) and is tied for second in victories (19).
Netz has a career-best 2.11 ERA for the 13th-ranked Wildcats, who conclude the regular season with a three-game series at Houston Friday through Sunday.
