The Tucson Jewish Community Center and the Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona are following a mass shooting at a Pittsburgh synagogue.
The Tree of Life Candlelight Vigil will be held Monday, Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. at the sculpture garden at the Tucson Jewish Community Center, .Ìý
The multi-faith vigil will include prayer for the Pittsburgh Jewish community, those impacted by the shooting, and will honor the victims who lost their lives, according to the JCC.Ìý
The shooting on Saturday left 11 dead, six wounded and is believed to be the deadliest attack on Jews in U.S. history.Ìý

The Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona released a statement on Sunday, “Our community is heartbroken by the horrific shooting at Tree of Life Congregation in Pittsburgh. We are experiencing deep loss and sorrow as we process the gravity of the events that occurred.â€
