The Arizona Wildcats moved up to No. 18 in the latest College Football Playoff rankings, which were unveiled on ESPN on Tuesday evening.
Arizona moved up seven spots from its previous No. 25 ranking. It's the largest jump for any team in the latest update of the CFP rankings.Â
The Wildcats are the fourth-highest ranked team from the Big 12 behind No. 4 Texas Tech, No. 11 BYU and No. 15 Utah. Â

The Wildcats are also No. 22 in the Associated Press Top 25 and No. 22 in the AFCA Coaches Poll. It's the first time Arizona is ranked in all three polls since the end of the 2023 season. Â
No. 18 Arizona ended its regular season on a five-game winning streak and a 9-3 overall record and now awaits its postseason fate, which will be announced on Sunday, Dec. 7, at 10 a.m. on ESPN.
