Two churches hold holiday shopping
Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, 602 N. Wilmot Road, will host its 22nd International Holiday Bazaar 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5 and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6.
The bazaar will include live music and fair trade goods for sale. About 25 organizations will participate, according to press materials.

The St. Francis de Sales Parish youth group will also host a Christmas boutique noon to 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5 and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6 at the church, 1375 S. Camino Seco, according to press materials.
The event, including about 50 vendors, food and entertainment, will support the youth program.

Art show will honor pope鈥檚 Year of Mercy
Most Holy Trinity Parish, 1300 N. Greasewood Road, will celebrate Pope Francis鈥 Jubilee Year of Mercy with an art show at the church 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5 and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6. There will be an artists鈥 reception from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday.
More than 20 artists will have work showcased, including leaders in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tucson. The show features work from artists of multiple faiths, according to press materials.

Chabad Tucson will build LEGO menorah
Chabad Tucson will attempt to build 鈥淭ucson鈥檚 tallest LEGO menorah鈥 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6, according to press materials.
The Chanukah Wonderland celebration kicking off the first night of the holiday on Sunday will take place at Congregation Young Israel, 2443 E. Fourth St. Stick around until 4:45 for the lighting of the menorah.
Other activities include selfies with Hanukkah hero Judah the Maccabee, dreidel games and inflatables. There will also be food.
Tickets cost $10. Children under 2 enter free.

Sandy Hook vigil set for St. Mark鈥檚
St. Mark鈥檚 Presbyterian Church, 3809 E. Third St., will participate in a nationwide candlelight vigil 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9 to commemorate the third anniversary of the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School, according to press materials.
The church will join the Newtown Foundation and Faiths United to Prevent Gun Violence.
