A drive-thru lobster and steakhouse will open its first location on Tucson’s southwest side.
Angie's Food Concepts LLC, which operates Angie’s, a lobster, steak, burgers and chicken chain, leased 2,832 square feet of retail space from Valencia CS LLC near Midvale Park at 1530 W. Valencia Road.
Angie's opened at Wilmot Road and Broadway in 2024 to an awaiting crowd.Â
Dave Hammack, with Picor, represented the tenant and Craig Finfrock, with Commercial Retail Advisors, represented the landlord.
°Õ³ó±ðÌýPrime Grill, with all its concepts under one roof, currently has a location on South Wilmot Road and East Broadway, and in the Tucson Marketplace, near South Park Avenue and Interstate 10.

The chain offers affordable meals based on the innovative vertically integrated business model devised by owners Tony and Roushan Christofellis.
“Our mission is to make luxurious foods affordable to everyone,†Tony Christofellis told the Star when the chain was launched in 2024.

• Spencer Land LLC bought the single-story office building at 5330 N. La Cholla Blvd. from M&O Tucson LLC for $3.2 million. The seller was represented by Isaac Figueroa, with Larsen Baker, and the buyer was represented by David Carrol, with Paul Ash Commercial Real Estate.
• The Ghassan and Yvette Shamieh Revocable Trust bought the 16-unit Wagon Wheel Apartments at 1951 E. Benson Hwy. from Green Valley Land Consulting LLC for $525,000. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez, with Picor, represented the sellers, and Eddie Watters, with Realty Executives Arizona Territory, represented the buyer.
