Arizona baseball will be playing in a familiar locale in the NCAA Tournament.
The Wildcats (39-18) are headed to the Pacific Northwest as part of the Eugene Regional hosted by No. 12 overall seed Oregon.

Arizona, the No. 2 seed in the regional, will face Big West champion Cal Poly (41-17). That game is slated for 1 p.m. Friday and will air on ESPN+.
Host Oregon (42-14) will face Utah Valley (170) in the second game Friday, scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
Arizona qualified for its fifth consecutive NCAA Tournament — a program record — by winning the Big 12 Baseball Championship over the weekend in Arlington, Texas. Cal Poly earned an automatic berth by winning the Big West Tournament in Fullerton, California.
Arizona has faced Cal Poly only two times, in 1969.

Arizona played at Oregon every other year for most of the past decade-plus when both were members of the Pac-10/12. The Wildcats have a 1-7 record against the Ducks under Chip Hale.
The Eugene Regional is paired with the Chapel Hill Regional hosted by No. 5 overall seed North Carolina. That regional features UNC, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Holy Cross.
